FEMM is a research-based women’s health program that helps women learn how their bodies function through education and medical support. FEMM teaches women to recognize and track key signs of hormonal and reproductive health, offering insights into fertility, cycle health, and underlying medical conditions. The program includes three 60–90 minute classes over the span of three months, along with ongoing personal support from a trained instructor.
